Treasurer for the Environmental Defender's Office 
 
The Environmental Defender’s Office of Western Australia (EDO WA) is seeking a treasurer to join its management committee. The EDO WA is part of a network of offices located in each state and territory of Australia and is a non-profit, non-government, community legal centre specialising in public interest environmental law.  
 
The management committee meets on the third Thursday of each month between 5:15 and 6:15 pm in the Perth CBD. Other tasks include reviewing the monthly and annual financial reports, approving payments and providing advice to the operations staff(if necessary) which can mostly be completed by email or telephone. The EDO is seeking someone with a financial background who is passionate about protecting the environment.
