The Chartered Accountants Achiever program offers paid work experience from two to twelve weeks during students summer holidays, skills development to assist later in their studies through real life accounting experience and also allows students to discover more about the profession and what life as a Chartered Accountant is like.  
 
The Achiever program is free for employers to participate. Achievers are selected through a rigorous process that involves an application, group interview and one-on-one interview. Successful applicants are then placed with an organisation based on their cultural fit and their specific interest area. The application process occurs between late August and early September and Achievers are finalised in October 2008.
