Penny is back and desperately seeking speakers! 
 
Hello all and for those of you who may not have been aware, I have recently returned from maternity leave (beautiful baby boy, Oscar, now happily being entertained two days per week at childcare!) and am getting back into the swing of things. 
 
I am very keen to hear from any members who are interested in presenting for us at Institute networking gatherings, ideally on professional development topics, such as non-verbal communication techniques, public speaking and fourth generation time management. 
 
If you are a member who consults on these areas, or who knows a professional in this space who might like to tailor their subject to a chartered audience, please let me know. 
 
We recognise that these are real topics of interest currently in the general marketplace, and it would be great to offer our members the opportunity to develop this side of their professional life as well as the technical aspects of their training and development, ideally within a peer setting and accompanied by a refreshing beverage and some light nourishment! 
 
We are also keen to hear from you if you are interested in participating in or hosting one of these workshops, as either a networking event or as a more formal in-house training session, as I am gauging interest at the moment for a Brisbane event as well as one in Townsville and another in Rockhampton.
