All registrations are subject to session availability. All speakers, sessions and prices were confirmed and correct at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia reserves the right to amend speaker and program details as required.
Confirmation
Written confirmation with a record of your qualifying hours and a tax invoice will be issued on receipt of your registration form and payment.
Cancellation policy
Written confirmation with a record of your qualifying hours and a tax invoice will be issued on receipt of your registration form and payment. Refund or transfer requests will be accepted only if written notification is received five working days prior to the conference. For cancellations received within five working days of the conference, substitute registrations will be accepted and the qualifying hours will be reallocated to the designated delegate.
Privacy notification
The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia respects the privacy of individuals and acknowledges that the information you provide on this form is protected by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000. The information collected by the Institute is used for the purpose of processing your registration and providing you information (via email and/or mail) on upcoming events, specific products and services provided by or associate with the Institute. To ensure your event materials and catering requirements are provided for, please register by 5pm, two working days prior to the conference.

Event Registrations
To ensure that your event materials and catering requirements are able to be provided at the event, please register by 5pm two working days prior to the event. Registrations can still be lodged after this time, however please note that in some cases event materials and/or catering cannot be guaranteed for last minute registrations. In these instances event materials will be forwarded to delegates after the event.
Payment
If you do not choose to register or purchase online, your cheque or credit card payment must accompany your registration or purchase form in order for it to be processed and confirmed. We are not able to process orders until payment has been received. Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Diners Club are accepted as well as cheques made payable to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Fees
A dishonoured fee of $25 will be charged for each cheque that is not cleared by the bank.
Confirmation
Confirmation of your registration or purchase with a record of your qualifying hours (if applicable) will be issued upon full payment. If a change should occur to the event in terms of venue or time, you will be notified by email or telephone.
Cancellation policy
Please advise us if you are unable to attend a Training & Development event.
When written notification is received five working days prior:
- Refunds will be issued,
- Replacement delegates will be accepted and the qualifying hours reallocated to the new delegate,
- Delegates are able to transfer to other events open for registration,
- Credit notes will not be issued.
