ATO Market Valuation Guide 
 
The ATO Market Valuation Guide, which the Business Valuation Group lodged a submission on early this year, has now been released. 
 
The guide is intended to provide assistance to taxpayers and their advisers (including valuers) on the processes to establish a market value for taxation purposes.
