How is the program structured?
The PPP comprises of 4 self study modules which must be completed prior to attending the 2 day workshop.
    Unit 1 Becoming a partner
Unit 2 Partner roles and responsibilities
Unit 3 Leadership and maintaining the CA Brand
Unit 4 Ethics and risk management
The PPP uses a blended approach to learning, combining self-directed learning materials with a 2 day face-to-face workshop.

The self study component is supported via our online environment called myCA. Our online environment provides the opportunity to self assess your knowledge and share your experiences with your peers and the Institute.
The recommended duration for the self-study component is approximately 8 weeks with a minimum workload of 60 hours (plus the 2 day workshop - 16 hours). Given the materials are self-paced it is entirely up to you how and when you complete this pre-workshop component. You and your fellow participants will find the workshop most beneficial if you have completed the self-study component prior to attending.

At commencement of the program, you will receive a comprehensive self-study learning pack that contains all the materials you need to work through, including activities. The learning pack allows you to practice your skills and acquire new knowledge.
Following commencement you will also receive access to the PPP learning portal on myCA, allowing you to complete self assessment activities and interact with others completing the PPP.

The workshop is a simulation led by two experienced facilitators. The 2-day outline is presented in 4 sessions and builds on the learning outcomes of the 4 self-directed units:
    a. Setting up a practice
    b. Going to market
    c. Operating to create sustainability
    d. Performance review.
