Developed in response to member demand, Job Search is designed to help employers target their recruitment and to assist job seekers in their next career step. 
 
Currently used by Institute members from the Big 4 accounting firms to Mid Tier and Small Medium Enterprises, Job Search is a dedicated recruitment and career management website, exclusive to Chartered Accountants and candidates studying the Chartered Accountants Program.  
 
The aim of the portal is to increase job placement opportunities for employers by escalating job ad exposure to international audiences seeking employment within Australia. Job seekers are able to access the best jobs in the market, as well as recruitment tips and employer profiles.  
 
Job Search will also connect to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, expanding job placement opportunities for members internationally. The first phase of this feature is expected in December 2008.  
 
In addition to increasing job placement opportunities, the portal offers an increased involvement in the recruitment process for employers with the ability to manage and respond to applications, set up screening questionnaires and create company profiles.
