Described as a major step forward in the way accountants, bookkeepers and businesses operate and interact, the new QuickBooks QBi series software will be showcased around Australia in May.
Just honoured as a ‘Best Buy’ in Australian PC User magazine, the software is being showcased around nine Australian cities during May.
Roadshows
The full-day QuickBooks QBi series Roadshow events illustrate how success is now the product of less work for accountants and bookkeepers, as well as small to medium-sized business operators in everything from construction and trades to professional services, retail and IT.
The national tour begins in Townsville on Monday, 12 May 2008, before moving on to the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Bendigo, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Newcastle and finally Sydney on Tuesday, 27 May 2008.
Each event includes the product launch, a training session, product demonstration, and keynote speakers discussing how the software meets the primary goals of accountants and bookkeepers – increasing profitability and achieving a work-life balance – which were highlighted in a recent study.
Efficiency and greater value for clients
Gavin Dixon, CEO of Reckon Limited’s Business Division, said, ‘Any financial software functionality that can save time will play an important role in helping accountants and bookkeepers improve efficiencies and offer greater value to their clients.
Australian PC User magazine notes the QuickBooks QBi series can do just that. In its May issue, the nation’s leading source of technical information for home, school and small business computer users honoured the product as a Best Buy, noting it is ‘set to shake up the business accounting software scene.’
