President's Cocktail Function  
 
Singapore Members GroupMore than 40 members were on hand to welcome Rob DiMonte and Graham Meyer at the Japanese Club on the 6th of March. Rob spoke to the members about the GAA and the different strategies that the ICAA has adopted to tackle the global markets. He also presented 25-year and 40-year pins and certificates to members in Singapore and met with the newly formed local committee.  
 
Congratulations to the following members for achieving 25 and 40 years of membership:

April 12: We are pleased to partner with Robert Walters once again to present Deborah Torres Patel, Asia's leading voice and presentation coach, to speak to members over dinner at the Ivory Kitchen Shisha Lounge Bar at 7pm. The cost for members is $25, and each member is entitled to bring a guest for free! The dinner menu includes free liquors, beer and other drinks and all participants will be given a free goodie bag... Please contact Su-Lynn chongsulynn@yahoo.com to sign up. 
 
May 2: The ICAA Premier of Spiderman 3 at GV Gold Class at Great World City. Tickets are extremely limited... and will only cost members $10 each!! GV Gold Class tickets are normally $25, so this represents great value. we will also be providing food platters, free popcorn and a drink! More details will be sent to members soon.  
 
New sporting ventures  
 
Tai Chi - for members who are interested in learning Tai Chi, we have our very own Tai Chi master in Mr Ian Gan. Ian is the founder of the Singapore Tai Chi Association and would be happy to hear from any members who are interested in learning more about Tai Chi. Cricket - the Singapore Members Group has been challenged by a large MNC to put together a team for a gentlemanly game of cricket. All interested parties should contact Stephen Yip at shannowe@yahoo.com.sg  
 
Running - Stephen Yip will also be coordinating some training runs for those interested in running. ICAA member Suzy Walsham (former Australian 1,500m champion and winner of the 2007 Empire State Building Run-Up) will also be on hand so you can eat her dust...
