Optus terms and conditions  
 
1.Offers are only available to new, eligible credit approved Optus Small and Medium Business customers who are members of Optus Small Business Alliance Partners as defined by Optus, who connect on a 24 month contract to:  
a.Optus Mobile SMB plan, Mint Portable Payment Solution, or Optus BlackBerry Internet Solution; 
b.Eligible Business DSL Direct plan; 
c.Eligible Business Phone plan. 
Excludes: 
• Residential customers, as determined by Optus; 
• Customers directly connected to Optus Local HFC network (including Optus Cable); 
• Corporate and Government Business customers, as determined by Optus; 
• Optus Service Providers and their customers; 
• 1456 Override customers. 
 
2.Only available if you connect for 24 months to an eligible 'yes' Business Smart 6 + Plan. There will be no flagfall charges applicable to calls from mobile to mobile, calls from mobile to Local numbers and calls from mobile to National Long Distance numbers. For the avoidance of doubt, there will still be flagfall on calls from mobile to International numbers. 
3.Only available if you connect for 24 months to an eligible Business Smart Cap 6 + Plan.  
4.The 40 Free transactions are only available if you connect to the Mint Service for 24 months before the 31st March 2008. Free transactions are provided by Mint under a separate agreement with you.  
5.The $10 monthly credit only applies if you connect for 24 months to a BlackBerry from Optus Service, BlackBerry Internet Solution (BIS) on a Platinum plan. The credit will appear on your second month’s bill. Optus will apply a $10 monthly credit (inc GST) to each customer’s account for each eligible service connected. 
6.The $50 one off credit only applies if you connect for 24 months to a Business DSL Direct plan, when bundled with an eligible Business Phone Service. Not available on a ‘yes’ Business Light plan. The credit will appear on your second month’s bill. Optus will apply a $50 credit (inc GST) to the customers account for each eligible service connected. 
7.The 2 months free line rental applies if you connect for 24 months to an eligible (as defined by Optus) Business phone plans in Optus Local Access Direct areas. When combined with Business DSL Direct you will receive an additional $5 off your monthly line rental and 100 free local calls. The additional $5 off is not available with BusinessOne or ‘yes’ Business Fusion plans.  
8.If you cancel your service before the end of your 24 month contract term or if your or if services are not all in the same account name, address and ABN/ACN/ARBN, you may incur cancellation fees. 
9.Optus reserves the right to change or withdraw any of these Offers at any time with reasonable notice. Alliance Rewards are not available with any other offers, including but not limited to ‘yes’ Business Share, ‘yes’ Business Fusion, Business Savers, Optus Business Choices, Monthly Business Discounts and/or Annual Business Rewards. 
10.To maintain the benefits under this Offer, customers must notify Optus of any change to each service associated within their Offer package.
