The following table outlines some of the ways you can make use of the services provided by the Knowledge Centre:

Visit the Knowledge Centre in person	Use the Knowledge Centre's online library	Contact the Knowledge Centre via email or telephone
Browse the collection, including books, journals, loose-leaf services, DVDs, CDs and the Institute’s own publications	Search the Knowledge Centre’s online catalogue and request items for loan	Borrow a publication from the Knowledge Centre, which can be mailed to you at work or home
Access online subscription services from publishers such as Thomson and LexisNexis that are not available directly to members via the website	Read summaries of international articles and access full text of these and other articles via EBSCO online news services. Find summaries of Australian articles and request the full text from the Knowledge Centre.	Request the loan of an item not in the collection - the Knowledge Centre may choose to purchase or will borrow on your behalf
Borrow items from the collection, including DVDs and CDs that may contribute to your qualifying hours	View the latest additions to the Knowledge Centre’s book collection and see the list of older editions currently for sale	Request information from online subscription services from publishers such as Thomson and LexisNexis that are not available directly to members via the website
