Q: What is a confirmation letter? 
 
A: A confirmation letter is a letter which confirms details of an event registration. It specifies the event you have registered for and the associated details such as venue, arrival time, sessions selected etc.

Q: How do I get a confirmation letter? 
 
A: A confirmation letter will be emailed to you at the time of registration. If you haven’t got an email address recorded on our system, then it will be mailed to you.  
 
You can print confirmation letters for upcoming events via the secure section of our website.  
 
Log in using your username and password and click My Education’, then ‘Event and Package Registrations’. Here you will see the upcoming events for which you are registered, and you can print a confirmation letter.
