Q: How do I unsubscribe from newsletters? 
 
A: To unsubscribe from electronic newsletters such as e-bulletin, Training & Development calendar and CA Local News you need to log in to the secure area of the website. Once logged in, you need to select ‘My Subscriptions’ and ‘Newsletter Subscriptions’. On this page you can manage your newsletter subscriptions, including whether or not you receive specific newsletters and in what format. Once you have made changes click save.

A: To unsubscribe from emails, for example those advertising third-party products, send an email to service@charteredaccountants.com.au requesting a change be made, and the specific email/s you wish to be unsubscribed from.

Q: How do I request a mail stop on all correspondence? 
 
A: To request a mail stop on all correspondence, send an email to service@charteredaccountants.com.au requesting the change be made. Please note that whilst this request will stop the majority of correspondence, if you are a member you will still receive your annual subscription fee notice and voting papers.

Q: How do I request a mail stop on third-party promotional material?  
 
A: To request a mail stop on third-party promotional material, send an email to service@charteredaccountants.com.au requesting the change be made. In this email you should specify which particular third-parties you do not wish to receive information from or indicate that all correspondence from third-parties should stop.

Q: How do I subscribe to newsletters/e-bulletins? 
 
A: To subscribe to electronic newsletters such as e-bulletin, Training & Development calendar and CA Local News you need to log in to the secure area of the website. Once logged in, you need to select ‘My Subscriptions’ and ‘Newsletter Subscriptions’. On this page you can manage your newsletter subscriptions, including whether or not you receive specific newsletters and in what format. Once you have made changes click save. Changes will be reflected within approximately 2 weeks.
