A: If you're having difficulty logging into myCA try entering your Candidate ID Number as the username and your date of birth (ddmmyyyy format) as the password.  
 
If you are still experiencing problems, contact the National Customer Service Centre on 1300 137 322 or International +61 2 9290 5660. Alternatively you may email service@charteredaccountants.com.au to have your password reset.
