Q: How do I enrol in my first module?

A: To enrol into your first module you will need to create a profile for yourself. If you have not already done so, please register register as a potential candidate.

Using your username and password, you can then complete the following steps which involve accessing your account via the secure section of our website.

Once you have registered, you will need to update your Professional Education by selecting an approved course from the drop down menu. Please note that if you free type you education details into the Professional Education, it will not recognise that you have an accredited degree. If you can’t find your degree in the list, you will need to apply for a formal assessment of your qualifications to determine your eligibility to commence the CA Program.

If you are enrolling using a bulk enrolment code, you need to link yourself through to the appropriate company by updating your Employment Details under your personal profile. All companies with a bulk enrolment code would be registered with us so please use the company search icon to find your appropriate office.

Once you have updated these details, you can enrol online.

Q: What documentation do I need to submit to enrol?

A: To confirm your eligibility into your first module you will need to provide both academic and service documents.

The academic documents required to enrol depend on your qualifications. For information, please visit Academic Entry Requirements

To confirm your service entry requirements you will need to submit a letter of agreement (link to forms page). If you wish to include any previous employment, then you will need to also submit a letter from your previous employer, on company letterhead, which includes the following information:

  • Period of employment
  •
  • If it was full-time or part-time . If you worked part-time the letter will need to specify the number of hours you worked per week.
  •
  • Job title
  •
  • Duties performed in role
  •
  • If mentored then it would need to state that you were mentored by a CA and include their name and member number.
  •
  • Signed off by the mentor or senior manager
