2009/2010 Chartered Accountants Program module fee increase deferred to Term 3

To assist candidates and their employers in the current financial environment, a CPI related increase to module fees in the Chartered Accountants Program, has been deferred until Term 3 2009.


The 2009/2010 increase to module fee rates approved by The Institute Board will now be introduced in Term 3 2009, and not Term 2 2009 as previously advised.

This decision was made this week to offer some short-term relief to firms and organisations seeking to stay within their training budgets. The Institute is committed to supporting members and key stakeholders in the current financial environment. From FY 2011, employers and candidates should note that a CPI related increase to module fees will come into effect from Term 2. The reason for this timing is that the majority of the Term 2 modules are delivered in the following financial year.

The 2009/2010 program fee changes from Term 3 2009 will be as follows:
