That’s why the Institute has developed the Candidate Development Program.  The Candidate Development Program ensures your candidates enjoy additional, powerful support, with practical in-house tutorials developed by experts.

Focusing on technical information, it’s a great way to boost your candidates’ development by offering the support of experienced professionals and a practical approach.  Run as a series of sessions with up to 20 candidates, the Candidate Development Program offers additional insights through active, practical workshops focusing on areas of particular interest to your candidates. With a sharp focus on providing the facts and answering burning questions it covers taxation, financial accounting and reporting, management accounting and analysis and audit and assurance.

The Candidate Development Program is one of the most effective ways to develop your candidates - and assist in retaining them when they graduate. It’s also a logical starting point for a career development and training plan.

There is also the flexibility to involve other staff as attendance need not be restricted just to candidates.  Once a session is organised, you can invite others on the team who may need a refresher.
