High satisfaction



An overall satisfaction level of 75 per cent was recorded in the latest Performance Tracker survey of more than 400 Chartered Accountants Program candidates conducted in December 2007.
The national bi-annual Performance Tracker monitors the key performance indicators and gathers valuable information from candidates, which is then used to further improve the learning experience and services offered.
Satisfaction with the service provided by staff is now at 78 per cent, relevance to career 84 per cent and contribution to career development at 86 per cent.
The candidate Performance Tracker survey will be conducted in June, along with the annual employer Performance Tracker survey.
