The Candidate Practical Experience Activity Log enables you to collect and record evidence of your development of competency throughout the three-year period required for membership.  
 
This evidence will be regularly reviewed and assessed by line managers and mentors in your workplace and used to prepare a report recommending you for admission to membership of the Institute.  
 
A sample preview of the Activity Log (doc, 78KB) is provided to show how it may be completed. Access to the full Activity Log is available online 10 working days after lodgement of your first Employment Details Form (sections 1 and 2) via myCA (under Resources in the Practical Experience section).
