The Candidate Practical Experience Activity Log enables candidates to collect and record evidence of their development of competency throughout the three-year period required for membership.  
 
This evidence will be regularly reviewed and assessed by line managers and mentors and used to prepare a report recommending candidates for admission to membership of the Institute.

Access to the full Activity Log is available via myCA to candidates who have lodged their signed Letter of Agreement (pdf, 73KB) with the Institute. A copy of this Letter of Agreement is available within the Candidate Guidelines (pdf, 132KB).
