Who should attend these orientation sessions? 
 
Any candidate who has enrolled in their first module in 2009 Term 1.  
 
What will new candidates gain from the orientation sessions? 
 
You will:

  • Learn how to plan your progression through the GradDipCA and become a Chartered Accountant - receive advice and study hints from the experts 
  • Obtain insight into the learning strategies and resources, including print, myCA learning portal, and face-to-face focus sessions 
  • Learn how the GradDipCA modules are assessed 
  • Find out where to go and who to contact for assistance throughout the Chartered Accountants Program 
  • Meet your fellow candidates

When are these orientation sessions offered? 
 
Details of orientation_sessions are available to candidates for Term 1 2009. Please note that all registrations will open from one week after the late enrolment date of each term.  
 
These sessions are offered in most state/territory capital cities during the week prior to the commencement of each term.  
 
A copy of the 'Succeeding in the Chartered Accountants Program' presentation will be available on myCA from module commencement date for candidates who are unable to attend a face-to-face session or who are in a region where a face-to-face session is not offered.
