To assist candidates and their employers in the current financial environment, a CPI increase to Chartered Accountants Program module fees has been deferred until Term 3 2009.

The 2009/10 increase to module fee rates approved by the Institute Board will now be introduced in Term 3 2009, rather than Term 2 2009.

This decision was made this week to better align with the budget timeframes of our large employer firms and the Institute's current commitment to supporting our members and key stakeholders in the current financial environment. Candidates should note that going forward, a CPI increase to module fees will come into effect from Term 2 from FY2011 onwards as the majority of the Term 2 modules in the trimester timetable (and all of EBA 2) are delivered in the following financial year.
