At the heart of our organisation culture is our values. Our values define the way we do things everyday at the Institute. We call it PRIDE in our performance

Living PRIDE Awards

Our values are lived through the individual leadership demonstrated by our staff. To recognise this we encourage team members to recognise and thank each other.

Through peer nominations, individuals and teams are recognised for living the PRIDE values in the organisation. Every six months we celebrate their success and award both individuals and teams.

A staff team of previous winners determines awards. To celebrate, teams and individuals must live their award through a group or individual experience to the value of $750 for individuals and $1500 for teams.
