Orientation 
 
A comprehensive orientation program is put in place for all new employees to help them adapt to their new working environment quickly and easily. 
 
Understanding our Culture 
 
To enable employees to reflect on their values and check their alignment with our PRIDE values, every employee participates in a workshop called ‘PRIDE in Performance’. The program also allows employees to assess their personal goals and learn more about the skills they will us in living our values. 
 
Performance 
 
Each year staff plan their performance and development goals for the year with their manager. They are evaluated and discussed at least every six months.
