Nick M Henry FCA (Chair)

Mr Henry was admitted to membership of the Institute in 1993 and has been a member of Council since 2004. Nick is a Partner, Assurance & Business Advisory Services, with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Andrea Hall CA (Vice Chair)

KPMG

Mrs Hall was admitted to membership of the Institute in 1990 and has been a member of Council since 2005. Andrea is a Partner, Risk Advisory Services, with KPMG.

Peter Hansen FCA
	RSM Bird Cameron Mr Hansen was admitted to membership of the Institute in 1988 and advanced to fellow in 2007. He has been a member of Council since 2006 and is also a member of the Public Practice Advisory Committee. Peter is a Director, Business Services with RSM Bird Cameron.

Jo-Ann Long FCA
	Mrs Long was admitted to membership of the Institute in 1992 and elected to Council in 2008. Jo-Ann has been a member of the Chartered Accountants in Business Panel since 2005 and was appointed as its Chair in 2007.

John Palermo CA

Mr Palermo was admitted to membership of the Institute in 1999 and elected to Council in 2008. He has been involved with various programs conducted by the Institute over the past six years and in 2006 John was awarded the Presidents Prize for contribution to the Institute. He has been a Focus Session Leader in Australia, Singapore and Malaysia for Chartered Accountants Program candidates. John is a Director of Palermo Group Pty Ltd.

Glennda Scully FCA

Curtin University of Technology

Dr Scully was admitted to membership of the Institute in 1986 and elected to Council in 2008. Glennda is the Head of the School of Accounting at Curtin University of Technology and has been an active member of the Institute for over 20 years and supports the Chartered Accountants Program as a facilitator, trainer and mentor.

Mrs Judith Vos CA
	Judith Vos Mrs Vos was admitted to membership in 1981. Judith has been a member of Council since 2003 and was elected as Chairman in 2008. She is also a member of the Chartered Accountants Advisory Group and the Tax Practitioners Advisory Group with the Australian Taxation Office. Judith commenced public practice in 1984 as Beaver Vos.

Marie-Louise Martin CA
	Australian Capital Equity Mrs Martin was admitted to membership in 1988. Marie-Louise was appointed to Council in April 2009 and re-elected in October 2009. Marie-Louise is Group Financial Controller with Australian Capital Equity Pty Ltd.

GiGi Visscher CA
	Francis Burt Chambers Ms Visscher was admitted to membership in 1987 and re-admitted in July 2003 and elected to Council in October 2009. GiGi is a Barrister.
