• Easy orientation for visitors 
  For large training sessions or meetings, concierge on the ground floor directs people to level one via the stairs or to the Meeting Room Pavilion on level nine via the lifts. This ensures easy management of large groups and minimises time waiting for lifts. For all other enquiries visitors go direct to the main reception on level two.
 
 

• Consolidated member touch point  
  Reception on level two manages all external enquiries and sits alongside the customer service centre and the knowledge centre, our extensive information and research service for members. All visitors are met at reception on level two.
 
 

• Improved conference facilities  
  The building features modern bathrooms and large break out spaces that accommodate multiple meetings. An outside balcony on the level nine Meeting Room Pavilion is available for staff and visitors to get a breath of fresh air at breaks amongst landscaped surroundings with wrap-around decking.
 
 

• Integrated audiovisual system 
  The conference rooms and some of the meeting rooms are equipped with a ceiling mounted audiovisual system. It includes features such as LCD touch point controls and is integrated with the room’s lighting.
