Counting Costs: Creating a Cost Conscious Culture is the second in a series of initiatives between the UK-based Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA), and the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA).
The publication addresses key questions and sets out key characteristics of a cost-conscious culture, which include demonstrating leadership, developing ownership and expert knowledge, and building solid working relationships.
