Submission on TOFA and consolidation interaction

On 12 January 2012, a joint submission was made regarding the retrospective operation of the proposed TOFA and consolidation interactions which were announced on 25 November 2011 by the then Assistant Treasurer.

The submission calls for extensive consultation and asks for confirmation of a number of issues regarding the intended scope and operation of the announcements.
