Information sheets released by Tax Practitioners Board

The Tax Practitioner Board has recently released the following information sheets: 

• Required knowledge of the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 including the Code of Professional Conduct  
• Challenge Test Criteria for a Board approved course in basic GST/BAS taxation principles. 

The information sheets are for information only. While the information sheets seek to provide practical assistance and explanation, they do not exhaust, prescribe or limit the scope of the Board’s powers provided under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009.
