Quality review annual report
The Institute’s Quality Review Program (the Program) has the objective of reviewing all accounting practices conducted by Chartered Accountants holding a full Certificate of Public Practice, to assess whether our practitioner members have implemented appropriate quality control policies and procedures.
The Annual Report on the Quality Review Program: For the year ended 30 June 2011 summarises the results of the past financial year, based on the quality reviews of practices ranging in size from national partnerships to sole practitioners.
This year’s quality review annual report also has an update to the paper Quality Review: past, present and future issued in 2010 describing how the Program is evolving to add value to practices and retain its world best practice status.

The 2008 Annual Report contains top-line results and trends from the 480 quality reviews completed during the financial year ended 30 June 2008. The practices under review ranged in size from national partnerships with multiple offices, to individual offices with a sole practitioner.
