The introduction of the Financial Services Reform Act regulations in 2001 were significant for both financial planners but also as to how public practice Chartered Accountants operate.

The following guide developed by the 3 professional accounting bodies outlines the key issues for members in practice. (There have been some changes in the area of credit and the Guide is being updated. However it is still applicable in regards to superannuation, SMSFs, tax and other areas.)
