  3. Entry is open to all who register and attend Employment Evening – NSW from 9am Friday 8 January 2010 up until 5pm Tuesday 16 March 2010.
  4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
  5. To enter apply at charteredaccountants.com.au/students or http://chartered.mobi, by Tuesday 16 March 2010. All applicants will go into the draw to take place on 16 March 2010. No responsibility is accepted for lost, late or misdirected registrations.
  6. The prize winner will be randomly drawn by computer at Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Darling Drive, Darling Harbour NSW 2001.

  8. Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  9. The winner will be announced at the event. Their names will be published on charteredaccountants.com.au/students. The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner's name and/or photographs for publicity purposes.
  10. The promoter may conduct further draws at the same place as the original draw to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date. In the event that there are any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, their names will be published on charteredaccountants.com.au/students.
