The Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC) has produced a self-assessment questionnaire to assist reporting entities meet obligations under the Anti-money Laundering and Counter-terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) Act 2006.  
 
The comprehensive outline of the rules and requirements also provides a timeline for compliance. It is an indispensable tool for reporting entities that need to comply with the first tranche of the AML/CTF legislation, which aims to reduce money laundering and terrorism financing risk.

Do I currently have reporting obligations under the AML/CTF Act 2005? 
Members can see if they are a reporting entity with compliance obligations, under the AML/CTF Act, by checking the Institute's listing of designated services on the Institute website
