Entry is open to all registered students and those who register online for The Institute website up until 31 August 2008
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
To enter and apply at charteredaccountants.com.au/students, between Friday 1 August and Sunday, 31 August 2008. All applicants will go into the draw to take place on Monday 8 September 2008.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
The winner of the competition will be published on the Institute’s website on Monday 15 September 2008.
Promotion commences on Friday 1 August 2008 and concludes at 5:30pm Sunday 31 August 2008.
Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The winner will be notified by post and by telephone. Their names will be published on charteredaccountants.com.au/students in September 2008. The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s name and/or photographs for publicity purposes.
The promoter may conduct further draws at the same place as the original draw on 8 December at 10.00am AEST to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date. In the event that there are any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, their names will be published on charteredaccountants.com.au/students.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in relation to this promotion or the acceptance of any prizes (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case it will be excluded to the minimum allowable by law.
The prize is a MacBook Air valued at $2499 each (incl GST).
