The Institute has lodged submission on this Invitation to Comment which can be downloaded from here. Regular ANT readers will remember that in February we conducted a member survey to gain input into our submission on this Invitation to Comment. 
 
From the level of response we could see that there is a high level of interest in this topic among our members and a general feeling that the definition of a not-for-profit needs to be clarified. Views were mixed, however, on whether Australia should change to the New Zealand “public benefit entity”.
