The Chartered Accountants Program Regulations (R1) are available in the unrestricted area of the Member's Handbook and outline the procedures and rules to be applied when enrolling in and undertaking the Chartered Accountants Program. 
 
All candidates enrolled in the Chartered Accountants Program are bound by the Institute's Academic Code of Conduct. 
 
The formal appeals process allows candidates to appeal against a decision made by the Chartered Accountants Program & Admissions Division.
