The Victorian Careers Marketing Panel consists of appropriate representation from Chartered Accounting Firms, commercial organisations and tertiary institutions. 
 
The Panel meets monthly to discuss ways to market the Chartered Accounting Profession as a fulfilling and challenging long term career where pre-requisite training to become a Chartered Accountants can be undertaken with large, medium and smaller Chartered accounting firms and accredited commerce organisations. 
 
The Panel’s duties and responsibilities are:

• To inform VCE students, careers advisors and accounting business management teachers about the value of a business degree with an accounting major and a career in Chartered Accountancy. 
  
• To assist undergraduates to make informed decisions about their major degree, their career path, employment prospects and future membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. 
  
• To promote the benefits of Chartered Accountant student membership to undergraduates and increase the membership and the profile of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. 
  
• To consolidate the relationship with those who influence students’ careers especially careers advisors and accounting lecturers. 
  
• To advise graduate recruiters/HR Managers of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia's career marketing activities and services.
