How do I appeal a decision?
Areas for appeal
Grounds for appeal

The Institute has a formal appeals process that allows candidates to appeal against a decision made by the Chartered Accountants Program & Admissions Division. These guidelines outline a staged process of complaint and appeal for the major services delivered.

The appeals sub-committee is under the control and direction of the CAPAC and is the last avenue available after all other stages have been exhausted. The sub-committee’s decision is final. Full details and documentation are contained in the Appeals Process Guidelines
