Michael Spinks FCA (President)
	Collins SBA Mr Spinks has been a Director since January 2006 and was appointed Deputy President in January 2009 and President in January 2010. He joined the Institute in August 1992 and advanced to Fellowship in March 2003. Mr Spinks is also Chair of the Nominations Committee, the Joint Accounting Bodies Committee, Executive Review Committee and the CA Program Review Sub-Committee.

Rachel Grimes (Deputy President)
	BT Financial Group Ms Grimes has been a Director since May 2006 and was appointed Deputy President in January 2010. She joined the Institute in December 1994 and advanced to Fellowship in May 2002. Ms Grimes is a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and a member of the Nominations Committee, Executive Review Committee and the ICT Steering Committee.

Mel Ashton FCA
	Mentoring Services for Business Mr Ashton joined the Institute in 1984 and advanced to Fellowship in 1994. He has been a member of WA Regional Council since 2001, served as Vice chairman in 2005, elected chair in 2006. He became a Director in January 2009. Mr Ashton is a member of the Corporate Advisory Committee.

Fiona Bennett FCA
	Ms Bennett has been a Director since July 2007. She joined the Institute in July 1986 and advanced to Fellowship in May 2004. Ms Bennett is Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee.

Craig Farrow FCA
	Brentnalls SA Mr Farrow has been a Director since January 2008. He joined the Institute in February 1994 and advanced to Fellowship in May 2003. Mr Farrow is Chair of the Governance Committee, a member of the ICT Steering Committee, the CA Program Review Sub-Committee and is also a member of the Executive Review Committee.

Prof Peter Green FCA
	University of Queensland Professor Peter Green joined the Institute in 1997 and advanced to Fellowship in 2009. Professor Green was appointed a Director in January 2009. His portfolio is the Education Board and he is a member of the CA Program Review Sub-Committee.

Michael Watson FCA
	Australian National Audit Office Mr Watson has been a Director since January 2008. He joined the Institute in October 1990 and advanced to Fellowship in May 2003. Mr Watson is a member of the Audit & Risk Committee.

Andrea Waters FCA
	KPMG Ms Waters joined the Institute in 1987 and advanced to Fellowship in 2008. Ms Waters is a member of the Governance Committee, her portfolio is the Audit Advisory Committee. Ms Waters was appointed a Director in January 2009. Ms Waters is a member of the Governance Committee and her portfolio is the Audit Advisory Committee.

Tim Gullifer FCA
	Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Partner Mr Gullifer joined the Institute in 1987 and advanced to Fellowship in 2008. Mr Gullifer was appointed a Director in January 2010. His portfolio is the Public Practice Advisory Committee.

Neil Wilson FCA
	PricewaterhouseCoopers Chief Operating Officer – PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia Mr Wilson joined the Institute in 1987 and advanced to Fellowship in 2008. Mr Wilson was appointed a Director in January 2010 and he is a member of the Governance Committee.
